Feature

 in Wuyishan  almost 90percent  Shui Xian Bush are around 30-40years old. Because in the 1980s ,tea is not so popular like today .Tea farmers sold fresh tea leaves directly to state-owned tea enterprises at that time,because of the large output of Shui Xian Cultivar ,so everyone planted  Shui Xian  cultivar in large quantities.

Shui xian leaves are plump, fragrant and sharp, and have unique "orchid fragrance". 

It is a very popular variety in our local area, and every household drinks it. It is called "Housekeeping Tea" by our locals.

  This is very high quality Shui xian  Cultivar . First of all, the feature of shuixian cultivar is  very obvious and then it has a very strong orchid fragrance.The  raosting level  is  lower-medium ,becaue of thorough oxidation ,so not any greenish  .The tea soup  is very floral- sweet,strong mineral .Very resistant to brewing.

 This is a good Narcissus that does not need any so-called "award-winning tea" to show off. As soon as the boiling water is poured into it, you will know its grade. This is a cup of tea that can stay in your mouth for a very long time. It is a very typical floral Narcissus, and it is a model for you to learn the Narcissus variety.
Note: This Floral Shuixian 花香水仙  and Wu Sandi Shuixian 吴三地水仙  are both Shuixian  variety, but they come from different production areas, one Zhengyan and one Gaoshan(high moutian area). Both are processed and roasted by my husband, Mr. Zhou. If possible, you can buy 25g of both to compare, very typical differences between the high mountain rhyme and the rock rhyme. By comparing, you can easily understand the similarities between them as the same variety and the differences from different production areas.
