Roast level :Lower-Meidum roast (zhong qing huo中轻火）

Fearture :

 This laocong Shui Xian grows in a damp pit valley, and the sunshine time is very short every day. Extremely tender and clear texture with very pronounced Cong Wei throughout .Soft and broad body with long-lasting orchid and woodsy notes from a top terroir.  People get used to call this style Laocong Shuixian as Hua cong (花枞） means with the floral aroma but meantime also with the cong wei .
