Feature :

   Que she in english is  sparrow tongue ,because the tea leaves of this cultivar is long and narrow ,as slender as sparrow's tongue. So people named it as "Que She "

Que she  is a late-growing species,   This tea  trees have smaller leaves than other varieties and lower yield. Therefore, many tea farmers cut off the sparrow tongue, and grew some high-yielding and  popular varieties (like Rou Gui  Cultivar )

   This year, I bought this Que she cultivar'fresh leaves  of my relative's and processed them. He has the sparrow tongue variety in the lotus peak of Zhengyan Core Mountain Field. Because the leaves sparrow tongue are very thin, we used  medium and light fire to roast it .The aroma of this tea  very high, with a very strong fragrance of gardenia. At the same time, with the taste of corn, the tea soup is very sweet.

  It is a very elegant tea.
