Bai Ji Guan 白鸡冠 2022

Baiguan is one of the Si  Da Ming Cong（四大名枞） , but there are fewer and fewer of them in Wuyishan. Many farmers have cut it down and planted it with other popular varieties. It is even rarer in the core producing areas. This year, we bought fresh Bai Ji Guan cultivar leaves from Zhengyan and processed them into  10 kilograms of final finished tea.

The tea leaves are made thoroughly in enzyme activity. Usingthe temperature at 110-120  degrees to  roast for 3 times. This roast level is lower Medium  , keeping the fresh and refreshing feeling of tea leaves , Savory, umami in taste
