Feature: A good aroma, a soft soup, and a balanced tea. Laocong shuixian is also from shuixian cultivar but the plants are older — normally older than 80 years. My grandmother hand-sorted all the leaves very well. It is very woody and the soup has a certain "moss" feel. It was from 2013's harvest, so all the smokey charcoal fire-taste is already gone. The brewed leaves are still very alive. After three years of storing, the feature of this tea is very stable. A truly balanced and beautiful tea.
