Feature :

   Que she in english is  sparrow tongue ,because the tea leaves of this cultivar is long and narrow ,as slender as sparrow's tongue. So people named it as "Que She 雀舌"

  Except the orignal name ,it also has another very poetic name, called "Unknown Spring不知春". Wuyi rock tea is usually picked around April 20 (around Grain Rain) and ends on May 5 (around Beginning of Summer). Queshe is a late-maturing variety and can only be picked about a week after Beginning of Summer. By the time this variety matures, the solar term has already entered summer, so it seems to have missed the entire spring, so this variety is called "Unknown Spring不知春".  

 The leaves of the Queshe variety are very thin, so the roasting process is very demanding on the skills of the tea roaster. Most tea farmers will choose light roasting, the same style as Tieguanyin. However, this year, due to sufficient rainfall in the early stage, the temperature rose sharply after May 6, so the leaves of the Queshe tea in this tea garden are relatively thicker than in previous years, so it is very easy for us to control the roasting.

 

The quality of Queshe this year is very good for this  variety. It really has a "wow" feeling tea. The dry tea has a very strong aroma of brown sugar, and the aroma is very rich. In this winter, if you brew this tea in a small space, it will really fill the room with tea fragrance. The tea soup is really very sweet, and I am also very satisfied with the level of roasting.
